Success found in any goal has a basis in preparation. There are many people to advertise themselves as being Trainers, but few who hold the skillset, dedication and commitment to their clients as does Garrett. He is fully engrained with helping me in achieving my success. I find him to not only be a Trainer but also a Coach which is truly unique in his field. Every time that I have a session with him, he is timely, thoughtful and engaged (not as some Trainers who spend time yawning, checking social media while the client is in the middle of a set). Garrett has always been so committed to not only fitness, but the development and growth of his clients towards their goals. He’s extremely knowledgeable of the field and the lessons I’ve learned in my time with him have gone far beyond the walls of any gym I’ve shared with him.

Garrett is awesome! I started training with him a little over a year and a half ago. At that time, I waspretty overweight, sluggish, and barely surviving workouts three times per week. We took it slow. Eventually I got stronger and increased my endurance.Garrett definitely wants you to win. It's important to him that his clients are getting the most out of each session. He's not afraid to research new ways to challenge me or to get more knowledgeable.
