You have your own personal trainer, and your training is geared towards your own needs and goals. After a leg injury and many months of physical therapy, I decided to give The Facility a try and I'm glad I did! I began my workouts at the gym in early April walking in the gym with the use of a cane and not even two months later, I now enter the Facility without that cane. My trainer, Marcelo is excellent. “F45 the Cove is excellent workout studio and F45 is the Best fitness programming. It has benefited me in so many ways: fitness for sure, weight management, strength, mentally, stress relief andemotional resilience. The key is to make it a habit. Don’t go to crush your first few sessions go to complete them, enjoy them and come back. Unless you do squats and lunges routinely you can expect some soreness. Show up anyway. It only lasts 2-3 days and then you are good. Stronger and more resilient to be able to challenge yourself. Because it is full body you are able to keep active through minor injuries and not miss a beat. Trainers help with modifications when you do have injury and also help with motivating you past plateaus. Come on. What are you waiting for? Great community too! “This boutique “gem” is so AWESOME. This hidden treasure is located in the Wyndham Hotel on the 4th floor. I am currently in the middle of my 2-week trial. Alison taught a great Cardio Barre class, such an amazing workout! I also tried the Thursday Ramped-Up class which was a next level workout burn. All new equipment so sleek, so clean! Also it has a roof top outdoor workout area that rivals any resort facilities. Meso Fit definitely has the best instructors and facilities. I am definitely going to keep going.“

“July 12, 2022I’ve had anxiety since I was a young kid. It got progressively worse as I aged, mostly after I turned 30. As a kid, my symptom was nausea but then progressed to almost passing out. My triggers included planes and social situations. For example, I had a full fledge panic attack at my surprise birthday and was stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes waiting for Xanax to kick in.By 40, I had tried counseling, meditation, homeopathic remedies, and then Xanax and daily medication.I learned about Nicole through a friend/coworker who said her anxiety had disappeared after only 2 sessions. At that point in my life, I was willing to try anything to get relief. I jumped in head first and it was the best thing I ever did for myself.After less than 6 months, I was off my meds and almost all my triggers no longer caused panic attacks (except stupid planes). Some triggers caused absolutely no anxiety while others only caused mild anxiety. To say her “therapy” changed my life is an understatement. Every single exercise is functional and translates into everyday movement rather than doing mindless reps at a conventional gym that may build muscles that look nice but don’t necessarily optimize a healthy body. I have several old injuries that I was given modifications for which was a concern for me going in. Even in the small group classes, I felt like I got the individual recommendations I needed. They are 100% experts in their field.“
