TZF has definitely changed my life for the better. Coach Dee is very attentive and knowledgeable, you can tell he loves what he does. He can find a way to modify anything to fit your needs without feeling like you’re being cheated out of a great workout.
I love this gym and my trainer! Coach Dee has such a fun personality which makes working out actually enjoyable. His daily workout plans are great yet flexible with making you your own plan if you have restrictions or specific goals. Dee and all of the members are amazing! They are the reason I drive from Miami Gardens 4 days a week to come here. Never have I done that with any other trainer or gym.
Coach D comes with big energy that keeps you motivated during your full training session. They gym is also always stocked with great equipment so you are never bored with the workouts!There are classes in the am and pm which makes work for most schedules. Coach D is also willing to customize the workout to help you meet you fitness goals. The entire zenith experience is worth every penny!
