I’ve been training at Intense Fitness for a couple of months now and I love it. The staff is friendly and Yolanda, my trainer, is fantastic. The training is diverse, entertaining, and will definitely kick your booty. She also gives you guidance on nutrition which is a plus.

Yolanda at Intense Fitness is amazing! I've been working with Yo since January. I've lost weight and inches, but more importantly, I'm stronger, fitter, and healthier. Yo is also a certified nutritionist who talks through my eating habits with me without being judgy. Highly recommend Yolanda and Intense Fitness.

I've been training here for years with Dave, definitely worth it. It never feels like the same routine, so it's never boring, which is what I need to stay motivated. It's easy to schedule with him, which is a plus for me because of my schedule...he's always willing to accommodate. The rest of the Staff are friendly, make you feel part of the team and the gym/equipment are kept clean!!
