“I just moved to Fort Lauderdale recently and was a member for years at Equinox in LA and in London. I have worked with a trainer for years and just happened to drive by G21 one day and I noticed the great architecture. I thought to myself, "That looks cool, I should go in and ask about training." The rest is history... Renato, the owner sat me down and showed me the whole gym and all it has to offer. He set me up with my trainer Jeff Easton and I will say, he's the best trainer I have ever had! Everyone is friendly with a "Good Morning" upon arrival and it feels like a family. They offer MedSpa, Stretching, Massage/body work and so much more! In just 3 months I have already lost body fat, gained muscle and continue to achieve my goals thanks to Jeff and the entire team!“

“We totally love Aspire Sports Lab. They got us prepared for our hiking trip in the Dolomites. I am 70 and my husband is 74.. and we hiked 135 miles in 2 weeks. “F45 the Cove is excellent workout studio and F45 is the Best fitness programming. It has benefited me in so many ways: fitness for sure, weight management, strength, mentally, stress relief andemotional resilience. The key is to make it a habit. Don’t go to crush your first few sessions go to complete them, enjoy them and come back. Unless you do squats and lunges routinely you can expect some soreness. Show up anyway. It only lasts 2-3 days and then you are good. Stronger and more resilient to be able to challenge yourself. Because it is full body you are able to keep active through minor injuries and not miss a beat. Trainers help with modifications when you do have injury and also help with motivating you past plateaus. Come on. What are you waiting for? Great community too! Always ends with a cool down so you can leave relaxed and refreshed. Nice and clean too!“

“This boutique “gem” is so AWESOME. This hidden treasure is located in the Wyndham Hotel on the 4th floor. I am currently in the middle of my 2-week trial. Alison taught a great Cardio Barre class, such an amazing workout! I also tried the Thursday Ramped-Up class which was a next level workout burn. All new equipment so sleek, so clean! Also it has a roof top outdoor workout area that rivals any resort facilities. Meso Fit definitely has the best instructors and facilities. I am definitely going to keep going.“

“If you don't know this place... you NEED to! When you walk in, you're greeted with a cute set up with holiday/festive decor and positive affirmations. It's clean, simple, and has excellent varieties of healthy options. A small precise menu of what you need without all the extra BS like a lot of other places. Clean products that actually work, especially after a workout. Their shakes can be used for meal replacements or post workouts. My favorite is the Oreo explosion and also the oatmeal. My son loves the protein waffles and adds blueberries with a little extra topping of whipped cream. I've seen the açaí and also the avocado toast which looks amazing and will have to try ! I work out next door/attached at The Arena. Super Clean gym and awesome workouts with Optimal Formula Fitness. I appreciate the cleanliness of this place. Even the bathroom! I love all the holiday decor, from Thanksgiving, Christmas, and now set up for Valentine's Day. It doesn't go unnoticed. Frank is the best ! He is super knowledgeable of his products and what it does for you and how lean and low caloric it is. Have questions? Stop by or call ! But don't pass by this place without giving it a try !“

“I Learned so much from Dr. Johnny Aboud. He definitely knows his anatomy and physiology as a PHD in physical therapy would. Now I can do the exercises that he taught me on my own to prevent faulty tracking of my patella due to VMO weakness. In other words a small quadriceps muscle was not doing it's job holding my kneecap in place and causing me pain that I thought might be serious damage; it wasn't and it's common.He also pointed out that my left leg had taken over a lot of the work of the right leg leaving my right leg weak. I was completely unaware that this condition was possible yet he told me that he finds this condition in the most ardent athletes.I could praise him more but I think that you get the idea. : )!“

“July 12, 2022I’ve had anxiety since I was a young kid. It got progressively worse as I aged, mostly after I turned 30. As a kid, my symptom was nausea but then progressed to almost passing out. My triggers included planes and social situations.  For example, I had a full fledge panic attack at my surprise birthday and was stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes waiting for Xanax to kick in.By 40, I had tried counseling, meditation, homeopathic remedies, and then Xanax and daily medication.I learned about Nicole through a friend/coworker who said her anxiety had disappeared after only 2 sessions. At that point in my life, I was willing to try anything to get relief. I jumped in head first and it was the best thing I ever did for myself.After less than 6 months, I was off my meds and almost all my triggers no longer caused panic attacks (except stupid planes). Some triggers caused absolutely no anxiety while others only caused mild anxiety.  To say her “therapy” changed my life is an understatement. I know it’s hard to believe your anxiety disorder can be cured, but your brain was taught to react a certain way to triggers and it can be untaught.Tanya Downs“

I travel to the Northeast and I can do Exercise Coach there as well. In five weeks I can definitely feel, and am beginning to see, the difference (disclaimer ?
