“Mike and his team has been servicing my properties for almost 20 years. Whether it's a rental property or my own home his team always takes care of me. Mike is always available and on site checking out your job which is great to have a hands-on owner operator who knows how to do the work, not just hiring subcontractors to do everything. Most of the subcontractors that work for him have worked for him for many years. Recently, with all this insurance BS half the insurance companies I deal with told me I needed to do something with a roof that's less than 10 years old and Doesn't leak. Some of them we recertified and sealed and the others we were forced to replace. At the end of the day Mike did everything. He said he was going to do and I was able to get all my insurance companies. Reinstated to keep my rates low all because of mike who said don't worry I'm gonna take care of this and fill out the paperwork. Once we're done taking the best pictures and they will approve it which they did. Keep up the good work Mike. “We've had Atlas plumbing help us a few times now. Once with a toilet and it was seamless and easy - and more recently with a sink/faucet install (replacing 50 year old sink). I called Shannon and she was able to easily walk me through what was needed and she ordered what we agreed on. I had mentioned that we might need a garbage disposal also - she said they'd only install if necessary. I wasn't there so I had a neighbor let them in. It was more complicated than they originally thought but they were very fair in their pricing. Shannon was very easy to work with and a good communicator. I will absolutely use them again when/if I need a plumber.“
