Mike and his team has been servicing my properties for almost 20 years. Whether it's a rental property or my own home his team always takes care of me. Mike is always available and on site checking out your job which is great to have a hands-on owner operator who knows how to do the work, not just hiring subcontractors to do everything. Most of the subcontractors that work for him have worked for him for many years. Recently, with all this insurance BS half the insurance companies I deal with told me I needed to do something with a roof that's less than 10 years old and Doesn't leak.
