Ronnie, V.J. and the team at Universal Tile Group are very professional, attentive, and “do what they say.” Hard to find these days in this industry. Additionally, they have a large showroom and warehouse of beautiful tile and related supplies. Prices are very competitive and they quickly source special order items. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.We purchased our kitchen tile from this company. They have a great selection. I was so happy to find the type of tile I was looking for, without having to visit a bunch of places.More importantly, they provided top notch customer service. Our project was going to be delayed after realizing we would be short some tiles. But we called Ronnie, explained our dilemma and he was quick to offer a solution.
