“After many bad plumbers who charged a fortune and never resolved the issue, these people found what was wrong and finally fixed it! They showed me everything, and explained in a way non plumbers can understand.I called after 4 on Monday about a toilet clog, expecting to see them Tuesday, and they were there in half an hour. They worked till 8 because the clog was difficult to clear. The camera showed badly connected pipe links which they fixed the next day. Water still not flowing well they dug and discovered some of the original cast iron pipe was still connected after I had been told it was all replaced. Also a tree root had grown into the pipe.It was a lot of trouble shooting but they did it working long hours in this horrible heat. Wish I had found them long ago and recommend them to everyone. Especially if you have a recurring issue that no one else seems to really fully fix.“

Megan, who handles the calls, was extremely helpful in helping me explain the problem. She had me send pictures of the affected line to their account via mobile, which was very easy and valuable for the technician. Speaking of the technician, Jeury “Jerry” was phenomenal! “We've had Atlas plumbing help us a few times now. Once with a toilet and it was seamless and easy - and more recently with a sink/faucet install (replacing 50 year old sink). I called Shannon and she was able to easily walk me through what was needed and she ordered what we agreed on. I had mentioned that we might need a garbage disposal also - she said they'd only install if necessary. I wasn't there so I had a neighbor let them in. It was more complicated than they originally thought but they were very fair in their pricing. Shannon was very easy to work with and a good communicator. “I can’t thank these folks enough for their services. I found K2 from Google looking for plumbers in our area with good reviews. We had an ongoing mold and water damage insurance claim in our condo that the insurance company didn’t want to pay for. Our condo had previous history of the stack pipes leaking. A leak detection company determined that our bathtub drain was leaking. We needed to determine if there were two leaks or only one. Tony helped us to find that there was only one leak. He recommended an insurance adjuster who he did business with to help us with our insurance claim. He installed a shower instead of replacing the bathtub. We encountered a big problem the main power line for many condos was running through our bathroom drain and was damaged installing the shower. Tony helped us determine the best way to repair everything properly. We had to go through insurance litigation which took 2 years for us to receive the money to fix our place properly. This was a 3 1/2 year ordeal from the time that we reported this to our insurance company. Tony stayed with us the entire time until completion. He recommended a contractor who helped us tremendously with being able to repair everything in a timely manner and do it correctly. Tony even returned our key to our condo after 2 years when everything was done. The professionalism and service doesn’t get any better than this. Thank you Tony and staff!
