We've had Atlas plumbing help us a few times now. Once with a toilet and it was seamless and easy - and more recently with a sink/faucet install (replacing 50 year old sink). I called Shannon and she was able to easily walk me through what was needed and she ordered what we agreed on. I had mentioned that we might need a garbage disposal also - she said they'd only install if necessary. I wasn't there so I had a neighbor let them in. It was more complicated than they originally thought but they were very fair in their pricing. Shannon was very easy to work with and a good communicator. I will absolutely use them again when/if I need a plumber.
I called Atlas and told them I had a water leak in my bathroom. Shannon told me someone would stop by within the hour.The plumber arrived in 10 minutes. Oz saved the day. What appeared to be a major project, he made it a minor project. His persistence prevailed.He was very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. We could not be happier with the service of Atlas Plumbing.
Atlas is, by far, the best at what they do. This Shannon lady is incredible, picking up her cell after hours, while grocery shopping, to make sure I was handled. They work at a level of integrity and reliability rarely matched by others in their field. Thanks again!!
