“We needed to replace our hot water heater & the main shut off valve. Cody was very patient with scheduling & my need to reschedule a few times. On day of work they came right on time & promptly began work. Old hot water heater was on a shelf above our dryer & we wanted new one on the floor about 6+ ft. away. He removed old one & did exactly as we wanted. Plus he ran all electric & plumbing up through the ceiling & down so end job was so neat & tidy. He & his helper were professional & extremely polite. They even called their project manager, Ezekiel (Ezzy) and after running cameras through the sewer lines he confirmed that the pipe was non-functioning and was actually left prior to the building of the houses and therefore was of no concern.

“Wow! What a great guy! After getting 3 estimates for my leaky 3 knob tub/shower fixture, OG from the early 80's when the house was built. Sam shined above the rest with a fair price and exuding competency. I liked that, since it was available, he was going to get the kit & replace all stems, H,C, & diverter w/brand new covers instead of quoting me the same price but only offering to, potentially, put new washers on the crusty old stems. Glad I went with him because my old fixtures ended up giving us a couple problems, first with both inputs, then a faulty diverter washer. He came back to address each hiccup, no questions asked, no problem. Sam will definitely be my first call in the future!

My previous plumber had installed one that rusted within weeks after installation and did a sloppy job, leaving garbage disposal remnants under the sink for me to deal with. Allan was just the opposite. He immediately put the rusted garbage disposal and in trash bag and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use 3 J's again!“

“Reached out to Dennys for some septic issues , As we have used them in the past to relocate drain field. .I was thankful they were able to fix the clog that was causing many issue with in my home. I am very upset though with how my property was left . ripped up the turf on side of my yard The large nails sticking straight up. for anyone to step on. .left my shovel on top of dirt mound . from the large area that they dug up . they didnt bother closing back up even Put a few of the edging stones they took from my garden over the pipes . I was told they would be replacing the filter for septic that was never done. I have never seen a company leave such a mess after a work order. I understand things have to be dug up. But filling in the holes made would think would be done. must alarming is the large nails from turf that was left pointing upwards, for children or pets to be injured. as stated above. I am very grateful for the repair . But the state of the area left was just absolutely unprofessional.“
