Originally I left a low review but by them calling me to listen to my problem and then genuinely explain what went wrong and how they can fix it on their end as well made a huge difference. We have been valued customers for over 6 years and because of that call I will definitely be staying with Calello Plumbing.

I called Calello Plumbing after my toilet tank cracked. Kevin came out almost immediately with a smile on his face. He had excellent customer service skills and was skilled at replacing our toilet. 5 stars for Kevin and this company.

Chris helped get us hot water again! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and had no problem with explaining everything that was being done and answered all our crazy questions. Had a water heater replaced and how it looked before and after are night and day. Thank you Chris and the team at Calello!
