It has benefited me in so many ways: fitness for sure, weight management, strength, mentally, stress relief andemotional resilience. The key is to make it a habit. Don’t go to crush your first few sessions go to complete them, enjoy them and come back. Unless you do squats and lunges routinely you can expect some soreness. Show up anyway. It only lasts 2-3 days and then you are good. Stronger and more resilient to be able to challenge yourself. Because it is full body you are able to keep active through minor injuries and not miss a beat. Trainers help with modifications when you do have injury and also help with motivating you past plateaus. Come on. What are you waiting for? Great community too! Always ends with a cool down so you can leave relaxed and refreshed. Nice and clean too!“
