“Johnny has been helping with my balance and posture through specific movements and training over the past 3 months. Every visit is detailed to my deficiencies and ability and I can tell I have made more progress then I ever expected. The issues I had accumulated over many years were identified quickly and we work on them with new and fresh techniques at each visit. Johnny is an exceptional trainer and is always fun to be around. Sessions go by very quickly because it's a great environment and he makes you feel at home. No matter what level you are at Johnny truly cares and I couldn't recommend him more.“

“A hidden gem! I started training at Kinetic Performance with Terence four months ago and every single workout has been different. He always modifies for maximum results and minimum risk of injury. The gym is clean and parking is simple at the front. It’s an exclusive atmosphere with only one person / trainer. Fun and effective. Can’t recommend them highly enough!“

“I've worked out my whole life, running the beach, playing tennis, spinning classes, going to the gym several times per day, to boot camp training three plus times per week, and I even ran several 5k's. NEVER have I seen the results that I see now. At 51 years of age I bought my 1st two piece swim suit and I actually wore it. Dan doesn't try to change you, he just tells you to eat more greens and provides you with a kick ass workout every time. I started with him in January 2019, I will be doing my first weight lifting competition in January 2020, 12 months later. I am absolutely amazed with my training and my new body.“

“Nice clean gym, friendly staff and atmosphere . I'm usually there when it's not too busy so plenty of cardio options available. However even though it's not too busy the 4 Smith stations or whatever you call them have always been too busy to get onto the 3 times I have been there. The paper towel stations are sparce and too far apart and a lot of people don't bother using them.“
