“I have been a customer of SlimTone for years! I didn't think to write a Yelp review until now. I recently started up services again after taking a little break. I felt like I gained some weight and needed that extra push - extra support - to help me lose it. As I get older, I realize that my skin is getting looser and it's harder to lose the weight. This is where SlimTone comes in as my secret weapon. I love the cryo fat freeze that targets my core. After one session targeting my love handles (sides), I feel like I barely have any sides anymore. My core is always looking bloated! But when I come in, I feel like I can lose 1" per session. The newest thing I am trying is a cryo facial. Karina is a master at this. She sculpts and teaches you how to carve a jawline at home too. I really appreciate the services they offer here and they work with you on how to achieve your weight loss goals / body image.“

“Sunday Funday at noon w/Lisa S. is so much fun and as with any class that Lisa instructs, you will leave every time feeling happy, energized & excited to be practicing in such positive energy. She brings you through the poses safely & builds you up. For each class, she has a new flow that is really fun to do and you will go home happy. Bc you just did something really great for your body & soul. I always leave her classes feeling like I got the best workout ! If you are super experienced or brand new, try a Sunday funday class at noon and you will be hooked.“

Being an athlete I know how important are the details of each exercise, and here they really make you work hard, it’s not those mass market studios. The trainers are so knowledgeable. If you know what pilates should be, you will really like this studio and people who work there.“

“Boca Raton LA fitness is absolutely fantastic Jasmine especially when about Young in every way possible to make it so that everything was as easy as possibly could be. I wouldn’t recommend any of the LA fitness above the Boca Raton location. They really are five stars all the way bravo keep it up.“
