“I first came across while attending her yoga classes, as well as her meditation workshops. I was so impressed with those offerings, that I decided to give her massage a try. My massage from Kim was totally top notch. Everything from her demeanor to the quality of her linen sheets were different from most other therapists I have had come over. Just very professional and very caring. She really had the details covered. And her massage techniques were amazing. Flowing and fluid at certain times, firmer pressure where needed at other times. It really was a great soothing, healing mix. I highly recommend Kim and the energy she exudes. She really makes a difference.“

“I have been a student at iYoga Delray Beach since 2014. I always wanted to love yoga as did a lot of my friends, but as a short person, I always found it uncomfortable. It turns out that Iyengar yoga is designed to accommodate all kinds of bodies and that the props and mentoring make it possible to get the benefit of most of the poses. The teachers are well trained, and helpful in making your individual practice beneficial. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the studio is a bright, clean place to learn. I am over 70, and have some physical problems, but doing yoga here on a regular basis has improved my capabilities and made me stronger and healthier. The teachers are exceptional, and I have made many new friends through this experience.“

“Absolutely loved this place for all my prenatal and postpartum needs! This is an amazing one stop shop for everything you need whether you plan on having a home or hospital birth. The only thing they don’t provide is an actual midwife to deliver your baby. I selected Madelyn as my doula and she was so knowledgable and helpful throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum. I selected a package that included the prenatal doula services, a birth tub, hypnobirthing classes, a baby care class, a labor class and a prenatal massage (so good). Everything and everyone was so pleasant to deal with. I added on the placenta encapsulate which they delivered to me in the hospital the very next day. I also did prenatal yoga there. I’m telling you they have everything. Just amazing service overall. You can tell they really care about mothers and the birth process and making sure you are comfortable and have all the resources you need for labor/delivery and postpartum. They really build your confidence up to prepare for all of it. Such a good experience for me.“

“Nicole is the most gentle, well knowledgeable, amazing and sweet. The message I’ve got with her helped my car accident back trauma tremendously and I am more than happy seeing permanent results already. She performs unique techniques, combined with sound healing and reiki motives and I can not believe how much that has helped me in the past 6 months. I’ve been seeing her 2-3 times a month and from constant pain now I have pain once a week for a couple of hours only (but that is many due to my work requiring me standing for long periods of time). She comes to my house and that helps with my busy schedule so much too. I wouldn’t trust just anybody coming in my home, specially nowadays. She’s very reliable and accommodating as well.
