This is such a clean facility with friendly staff. Amisha is a great instructor. She is very knowledgeable of Pilates and very sweet. They offer free intro classes before signing up for classes.
I absolutely loved the studio and instructor. Very upbeat, siper clean studio, friendly staff, and good instruction. I went to my first try out of this method of a workout here. I'm addicted! Total body workout ?
