He did not ask for any payment and we agreed I would keep an eye on it. Once I found the source he came right back and diagnosed what parts he needed to order. Again, he did not ask for payment. Once the ordered parts came in, he let me know and came back to fix it. He never asked to be paid until the problem was resolved. He is kind and so pleasant. I highly recommend him. “Husband noticed our washing machine had a slightly smoky smell while in us. We called our usual appliance repair shop but they said they don't work on our brand of appliance, so we started looking for one that does. I was a little skeptical with all the five star ratings but we gave Zee a call. They sent Zeke out and he took the top off the machine and started running it. He noticed right away that one of the valves was leaking. He checked the rest of the machine and said it was in good shape otherwise and the valve could cause the odor Rich noticed. He looked up the replacement part cost and gave us an estimate with installment. The machine is old but the repair cost was reasonable and with assurances from Zeke that he didn't see any other problems we went ahead and booked the repair. A few days later the part arrived and Zeke came back out and installed it. Very good service, Zeke was courteous and efficient. We may have a new go-to appliance repair service.“

“Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue. In under 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, craft up a way ahead, and scheduled the maintenance to begin next day. In 2.5 days Jerry, Tito, Ronnie, and Jose dried out and properly insulated the ductwork, re-drywalled and painted, installed a dehumidifier, installed a UV light, conducted the seasonal maintenance, and at a very reasonable cost. Jerry and his team were an absolute delight to work with as they were friendly, efficient, polite, capable, and cleanly. “The only time I write a review is when the service is exceptional or when it is awful. The service that we received from ABA (Any Brand Appliance) and from AJ (our service technician) was definitely exceptional. Our LG refrigerator stopped working. We contacted a different appliance repair company to determine the problem based solely on Google reviews. The refrigerator needed a new compressor. We decided to invest in this costly repair. Unfortunately, the technician from this other company did not program the control board after the new compressor was installed. As a result, our icemaker stopped producing ice and there was a temperature issue within the freezer. Frustrated by these new problems and the lack of ownership of the problems by the company who installed the compressor, we decided to try ABA at the recommendation of our neighbor. AJ was our technician. He was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, careful, honest and transparent. He explained that the company who installed the compressor should have reprogrammed the control board. After he reprogrammed the control board, the ice maker started producing ice within 12 hours. Many companies will not service LG refrigerators, so we were thrilled that Any Brand Appliance would. The cost of the initial troubleshooting visit was $98 (as of 7/1/24). If you decide to proceed with the needed repair(s), the $98 will be applied to the next service visit. I highly recommend ABA.“

“I recently hired Nizar to repair my Samsung gas oven in my rental. He was able to check it out the very next day for an $89 service fee which would be cancelled if we hired him for the repair.I sent him the address and he showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the situation as a faulty igniter. He was prepared to replace it right away for just under $300.I gave him the go-ahead and he shortly had that fixed up and my oven working. My tenant was so happy (he bakes incredible sourdough) and I didn't have to get involved.I definitely recommend Nizar for other landlords!“
