12600 W Cedar Dr, Lakewood“Before 12 weeks- Super supportive and work with you every step of the way!
EDIT: only giving 4 stars, just because it wasn’t the right fit for me. Everyone on the staff gets 5 stars (shout out to Emily).
I did the simi private boot camp. For $1200 you are paying for 36 one hour time slots. There are around 4 time slots in a week day (6-7am, 8-9 am, 5-6pm, 6-7pm). They do this so there are only 5 people working out at a time. In these one hour slots, your coach puts a workout on your app and you do your own thing. The staff helping correct if your doing the exercise wrong or if you have an injury you would like to avoid.
There is resources, like a Nutritionist, that is supposedly on site, but because I was only available in the afternoons, I never was able to interact with them.
If you are new to working out, have an injury, want a small gym experience where people typically will leave you alone, or want the security of someone always being there to help; this is well worth the money. The staff is amazing and are really considerate with working within the limits of their clients and encouraging them to keep at it.
If you do not have injury, have experience at a gym, or are looking for an environment to find workout friends. This may feel like a waste of money.“
“I have been training with Siera and it has been great! I love the low key gym atmosphere and am so happy with the progress I have made. Would highly recommend!“
