They digested that information and then paired me with my main man Dalton. Couldn’t have been a better fit. We work hard but it’s low key in terms of vibe. Everyone is kind, remembers names, encourages, and are extremely hospitable (the coffee is elite).As someone who is very overweight, I went in nervous and after about 5 minutes felt at home. No judgements just data and hard work. They want the best for my future while also treating current me with incredible kindness and patience. I can’t say enough good things about this spot.The physical space is amazing. Huge space. Extremely clean. Garage doors to open for when it’s nice.I can honestly say I’ve never been to a gym like this with people like this. It’s obvious they put incredible thought into hiring and logistical decisions. Best personal investment I’ve ever made.“

Once my mobility issues were addressed I started personal training at The Fitness Lab. Matt is the best trainer I have worked with. He pays attention, makes sure you are doing movements properly, and adjusts as needed.“
