“After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. After battling chronic hip and low back pain for years, I finally found something that keeps me strong and mobile, and I've managed to avoid throwing my back out since I started doing pilates. All the equipment is clean, in good repair and the studio is immaculate.Likewise, her classes are never dull.
