“I have only been going to Personal Pilates for a short while now, but the essence of this studio is in the name. This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.“

“I started going to Boost a couple of months ago. Within the first month I noticed muscle definition and felt stronger, and now I am the strongest I've been in my life, or at least in a long time! It's great feeling tone and more confident in my clothes. And nothing compares to taking a class with Erin, she is the absolute best! Erin goes above and beyond to help you with form, which is a big deal to me! She also puts a ton of effort into making the class light-hearted at times, has the best playlists, and encourages you! “I've been suffering with intermittent hip/leg pain for almost six years. More recently, that pain transitioned into immobility, loss of strength, and referred issues in my mid-back, knee, and ankle. I was sure I'd be looking at a surgery. In need of more immediate relief, and interested in trying one last therapy, I made an appointment with Dr. Do. Having spent a lot of time researching therapists who offer myofascial release and dry needling, I felt strongly that Dr. Do would be able to offer some relief -- that I could at least count on this to help me buy some time. It turned out to be far more than that. The pain that could sometimes reduce me to tears and keep me awake for long stretches at night has been reduced to a rare twinge when I'm overworked or dehydrated. After only two visits, my pelvis is realigning and I no longer limp around, unable to get comfortable in any position. I could exhaust the full compliment of words of praise and gratitude. Wishing everyone optimal wellness. If you have some misalignment causing soft tissue/connective tissue pain and stiffness, try this modality. It can be truly life-changing.“

“I can't say anything other than this studio is AMAZING. They had a promotion for the month of January that I happen to stumble upon and it's changed my life. I train everyday but Sunday. The owner Meghan is great and also allowed me to rent the reformer space to teach my colleagues. So AFFORDABLE when you're dealing with performers on the road. We needed somewhere to train that is good for dancers. So if you're into pilates and coming through Denver...CHECK FLUID FUSION OUT!!! The teachers are all smart and thoughtful. If you don't know what pilates is I highly recommend you drop in to this studio and take a class. They offer mat, barre, reformer, gyro, and private's. Anything you want they have!!! Fluid Fusion has made my two week stay in Denver MAGIC!!!!“

“This Dance studio rents out rooms for dance, yoga, Pilates, Feldencreitz, and many other disciplines. Pluses are the place is clean and well kept, and the staff that teaches there seem to know their business. The rooms are well lit and spacious, the facility looks to have been designed for the purpose of hosting this type of class. The only real downside is a very limited amount of parking. You can hopefully park on the street in front of the facility, or you end up across the street in the dirt median facing the Platte River. Beyond that small detail, a good place to come and take classes. I take Feldencreitz with Shannon Kolman there, but there are many good teachers and staff to help you out.“

“I love the Pilates Studio, the classes are great and I especially like Emily’s and Alex’s classes. I appreciate the studio’s model of keeping Pilates affordable; however, classes fill up quickly and it can be difficult to get off the waitlists. You need to book several weeks in advance to get on the schedule.“
