Mike came out to my showroom recently and deep-cleaned my suede and leather seats in my Grand Cherokee. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment and got right to work. These guys ran a sub panel box to my back yard for an outdoor sauna. I was going to try and finish most of the wiring myself (thermostat, controller, door shut-off) but when everything was ready to go there was a short I couldn’t figure out. Natalie is an incredibly compassionate, dynamic, and intelligent therapist with high standards for herself and her therapists. While I haven't had the pleasure of meeting her therapists in her practice, I know her well and know she wouldn't have anyone working for her who didn't strive to offer an amazing therapeutic experience. She does somatic work, EMDR, trauma informed approaches to couples therapy, and sex therapy! Her practice offers many wonderful alternatives to the typical "talk therapy" and any client will greatly benefit from being connected to this practice to help in their own healing journey!

The great stylist Seferina who I normally see was not working on her regular day so I wound up with Katie who was also amazing. I had my hair cut previously last thanksgiving and for twice the price of great clips she literally sliced and diced my left side. I didn’t feel back to normal till Katie gave me her “ repair job.” :)
She not only can cut hair very well, but like Seferina, took her time and asked my input on what I was looking for; to take out the point cutting on my very fine hair and give it some weight by cutting bluntly like I like it. It turned out great! And she managed to keep the length as well. Thank you to the entire Salon. What a great group of stylists, both professional and personal :)

This is probably going to be my default nail salon whenever possible. The staff is highly competent, professional, and efficient. I got a gel manicure and a standard pedicure -- fastest I've ever been served at a nail salon, even on a weekday afternoon.
Requested style: I asked to have my too-round nails reshaped back to my standard "square nails, round edges" look. Even though the nails were real short to start with, Mary made it happen and they look exactly right.
Cleanliness: It's beautiful in the salon. Tidy, well-organized, sanitary -- easy to relax.
Stylist: Mary was my stylist and she absolutely crushed it. Most efficient nail tech I've met in my life, and the quality of the work does not suffer at all. Couldn't be happier.

I went to Reflections to see Danielle, at the suggestion of a good friend who raved about her. Not only does she have the best prices for a cut & color, she's also amazing at styling. I went to a benefit Ball in February where I had to wear a formal dress. Danielle styled my hair for the evening and I got compliments all night long about how great my hair looked. I shared the photo on social media and got a whole lot more compliments. I was at my boyfriend's place in Lakewood that weekend, and it was easy to find and park. Start to finish, if you want great results for a hair cut/color experience, Danielle is the BEST stylist there, so make sure you request her when booking. Thanks, Danielle! See you next time!

Wow, they went above and beyond!! It was a curved narrow stairwell so it was a tight fit! They were amazing from the moment I contacted them and when they came to put it up! I would never use anyone but them! Brooke and his crew of Nick and Parker are top notch! See before and after’!

Not so happy with the confusion about the cost. The salesperson quoted a price that was supposed to include the stairs. When Lazaro got here, the job showed only the entry and living room. We did decide on the additional charge for the stairs, but it was unexpected.

The Raney family are top-notched business owners, that carry a superb product and the installation is very professional. We had a problem with the subfloor when they removed the carpet. The problem was resolved to a high degree and the whole installation took 2 days. I just love our floor.

Prep-Rite installed new roofing for me after hail damage. They were working with a new product neither of us were familiar with. They were very careful and thorough during installation. The roof is perfect several years later. I recommend them with out reservation.

Random person crashed their car into my house causing significant damage to my house and tore down the fence to my back yard. I had no idea what I was going to do. After speaking with Brittany and informing her of my situation, she assured me that her company can handle all of the work and deal with the insurance company. The very next day they had someone come out and remove the broken pieces from my house and patched up the holes. That way I wouldn’t have to worry about the weather or animals making their way into my house. That gave me piece of mind & showed me they cared about my situation. They kept me up to date when work was being done. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had my house back to normal in under three months. The only delay was because of insurance, or it would have been finished sooner than that!! From the very first interaction I had, until they very end Kinsman Construction took care of me. If you need any construction projects or home repairs I highly recommend using these guys! 10/10
Jennifer was great. They had a few glitches however they took care of them. I love my roof and the price. Mark the owner was kind as well and I'm located in Elizabeth so they will go anywhere. One last thing, Victoria is prompt and professional. If you want a fair deal this is the company.
We are so happy with our new backyard design from Twisted Vine. They are so easy to work with and reasonable prices. The project mgrs and supervisors are really on top of things and listened carefully to our vision for our backyard. This is our 3rd project with them. They did our fence and gate, then we had a fire pit and patio installed in December then the backyard overhauled this spring. We had garden beds installed around our deck which is really convenient for Deck to Table meals. Our open yard area has hills with a low water clover lawn and rocky mountain wildflower mix for easy maintenance. We are really enjoying our yard this summer.

After a major excavation project to build some “flat” space at my house, I quickly realized I needed a grass solution asap. Being right in the middle of June I knew I was late to the game. Many folks didn’t even call me back. Other than some initial issues with not receiving emails for the estimate (a technical problem on their end), RJ was responsive and helpful. He even brought me samples of artificial turf to my work so I could make a quick decision. Install was done with care and I feel confident in the quality of work we ended up with. There were two areas I thought needed attention and RJ came out quickly to resolve those minor issues. I didn’t have enough time to shop pricing so I don’t know how he compares on that front - but it’s worth noting he underestimated the amount of sod needed and didn’t ask me to pay for the extra since we already had a signed agreement. That kind of integrity goes a long way and is exactly why I like to do business locally. Give GW a shot!

We have been happy with his dental treatment plan and the progress we are seeing.

My daughter has had some teeth issues and Dr. Richard has done an amazing job of explaining the issues and only treating when necessary. They always give us upfront cost. Was a little disappointed, but it was a free visit. Reception was pleasant, but dr didnt really do anything to establish an ongoing relationship. I just got my dog from the sender rescue, no mention of heart worm test, no follow up check up.... i know I'm not very familiar, but that's what i go to the dr for. I am very disappointed in the service.

Both modalities have been very healing for me physically and mentally as I move through life transitions in my 50s. In fact, TCM and Ayurveda have helped me in ways western medicine has not been able to assist me. I am always impressed with the time both Kimball and Shanti spend listening to my needs and using their vast knowledge of TCM and Ayurveda to treat the body and mind holistically.The treatment rooms are clean, private and peaceful. The space where yoga classes are held is beautiful and inviting. Parking is easily accessible in downtown Golden, with the first two hours free.
Christian has done a great job working with me and my goals, helping to eliminate some lower back pain and increase overall body health and well being. Better yet, he has taught me several exercises that I can continue on my own each day to continue moving forward. Great work Christian!
This is NOT your typical yoga. Christian really listens to his students/patients and tailors an individual program to help that INDIVIDUAL person. He focuses on bring the body back into correct balance and is a stickler for positioning. I am a 53 year old with 2 herniated discs in my neck and a history of numerous sports-related injuries including multiple broken bones and torn ligaments. For years I had chronic neck and back pain which prior yoga, chiropractic, and physical therapy helped but never completely relieved. My brother referred me to Christian, and after each session I saw steady improvement. Then December 2018, after several sessions with Christian where i was starting to feel really good, I was thrown off my horse and ended up with a fractured sacrum and hip (nondisplaced) with a lot of soft tissue damage and bruising. I was absolutely amazed how quickly i recovered from this injury, which I think was a combination of having been in a much better state pre-injury, and continued very gentle sessions with Christian. Within 2 weeks i was walking well, and back on the horse in 4 weeks (not exactly following doctors orders but I felt good enough to ride). I have continued the work with Christian and at home following his guidance and for the first time in years i am completely pain free, despite my recent accident. It is now April 2019. I cannot recommend Christian enough to anyone who needs to bring their body back into balance.
Loose as a Goose. That is how I feel after a 90 minute session with Kit. I went in with classic tight hips and hammies that caused lower back pain. Kit relieved those issues and gave me exercises to keep things loose.
Just had an amazing massage by Willow! Pressure was great and I usually dont fall asleep during a massage but I almost did and that says a lot :). Willow was so sweet! Cant wait to come back!

He offers more focused sports style massage as well as full body destressing massages. And he is very reasonably priced. I can't recommend Clyde and Golden Sports Massage strongly enough.
Jing was absolutely amazing! I went in needing some tension released from pretty much my entire upper body. She listened and delivered a massage that targeted my needs. If you need a lot of pressure, she can incorporate ashiatsu in the treatment which can deliver pressure greater than your normal massage. I'd recommend it especially if you are an athlete! Jing was personable and fun as well, and don't worry, she will not chat your ear off by any means. Her office is also in a very calm area with quiet surroundings and easy parking which is a big plus knowing how busy Golden can get nowadays!

I just had the BEST prenatal massage… and best massage of my life. My only regret is not booking Gabriel for 90 minutes. I can’t wait to go back. Golden Bodyworker is a place for not only relaxation, but wonderful care from everyone. Wendy is a bright light and miracle worker. Her sunny personality makes sure that you enjoy all of the work that she's doing. I started going to see her not able to walk well and with regular pain. Over time she's found a treatment plan that works and she always puts 100% into my session. I may go home uncomfortable and though I'd been run over by a steam roller, but in 24 hours I feel so much better. She's the only person I trust to handle my massage.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The therapist I see, Jackie, is a great listener and communicator. I appreciate that beyond giving exercises they employ hands on therapy to really target the issue.
I met with Sammie at Golden Endurance, for a patellar tendon issue in my knee after running my first 50 miler. Within one session and less than two weeks of prescribed exercises, the issue was resolved! I then went to help with my ongoing shin splints, and yet another issue completely resolved! I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is dealing with a running related issue give them a visit!
