Fix-it 24/7 has an amazing group of professionals. I have used their services 3 times since I purchased my home and each one of the technicians that have come out have been extraordinary. Gabe greeted me very courteously at my door with the most beautiful welcoming smile. He explained very clearly the witems he was prepared to examine. He executed the work with direction as to where to find items outside of sight.After completing his work he explained the items that needed attention. He explained that he would send by email the report and an itemization of cost for repairing items which needed attention.These reports would be sent to me the day of his service.His attitude and smiling face were significantly appreciated.
