Loose as a Goose. That is how I feel after a 90 minute session with Kit. I went in with classic tight hips and hammies that caused lower back pain. Kit relieved those issues and gave me exercises to keep things loose.

I went to Kit for a VO2 Max test and had a great experience. Kit is extremely professional, personable, and friendly. I could tell he cares about what he does and has a genuine interest in helping his clients. I'm excited to get my results and go back for some follow up body work.
