“I have only been going to Personal Pilates for a short while now, but the essence of this studio is in the name. This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.“

“I’ve had a great experience here and have improved greatly after a car accident. The dry needling especially has been very helpful. Scheduling and communication have been a breeze. I would highly recommend this type of therapy as you won’t be given print outs and expected to do the work yourself at home. You will receive lots of hands on and tips and techniques for getting you through between appointments.“

“MOVE offers such a unique space and so many opportunities for dance at all ages! I've visited a handful of times for the tap master classes they host as well as a Rocky Mountain Rhythm winter show. Though the facility is older, it is very well kept and clean. They have a room for changing and shoe storage, two bathrooms, and a large dance room with a featured stage (at least that I've seen so far). Parking is available in front, behind, and across the street at the large shopping center.“

All the equipment is clean, in good repair and the studio is immaculate.Likewise, her classes are never dull. She gives complete instruction and is there to help you if your foot is not cooperating with the strap.The client mood in her studio is one of humor and acceptance.Yes, you get a great and challenging workout.Yes, you get to be with other souls that are trying to keep fit and be flexible.Yes, you work at your own pace and if a modification is needed, Sarah is right there to help you.
