My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

My therapist, Shiva, made the entire process so much more comforting and welcoming. She made sure that in all aspects of recovery, I was secured. Each exercise was explained, and most importantly, she made sure to ask how I felt before and after the treatments. You would never leave your appointment without feeling better.“

I was in a car accident and was being treated by a different chiropractor for a whole year without any improvement or resolution of my pain. I was referred to Dr. Haig late last year and I couldn’t be happier. Within 10 visits I already noticed my pain was about 90% gone. Dr. Haig is extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about looking into and diving deep into your issues, compared to other chiropractors who just adjust you in the same place every week and tell you to have a good day. He utilizes many different techniques and is not limited in the type of care he can provide you. The facility itself is also very clean and inviting. I could not recommend any other chiropractor more than Dr. Haig.“

When I came to Jason, I literally was starting at level zero. I had lost 100lbs on my own and hit a plateau and since I never incorporated any physical activity in said weight loss. I always steered clear from the gyms because I was afraid of injuring myself and was frankly just plain intimidated/embarrassed in a gym setting. Fast forward to meeting Jason, he was professional, supportive and determined in helping me reach my goals. During every session he has taken the time to explain each move and its purpose. He's helped me stay accountable and on track and that plateau is finally broken too! I feel better than I ever have. And now have a new found respect & love for the gym! I hope that anyone looking for a great trainer, who actually cares and knows what the heck they're doing and wants a trainer who keeps it real & is extremely down to earth too. The members are amazing. They are all friendly and will make anyone feel welcome. The owner JP was made for the role of coach and owner. He is welcoming, encouraging and inclusive. If you are looking for a regular gym this is the place for you. If you're just dropping in. Also a great place. Bonus they have easy parking and reasonable drop in rates. Also close to some good food and coffee after!“

From therapists to office staff, they give the highest level of professional, personal and effective care. The environment is upbeat and friendly. I recently had shoulder surgery; my team in the Glendale center, headed up by the amazing Armand, DPT. with Josue and Hunter assisting was the highest quality. My team was incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, and supportive, and healed me in record time. Unlike some other companies, at Aspire your PT is responsible for your case from start to finish; they are there with you hands-on every session. Elizabeth in the office is quickly available to handle scheduling issues and fantastic at fitting everyone in, which is a really big deal when you're hurting and needing care. Also, Aspire has several venues.... our son went to the LaCanada office after knee surgery; their hands-on manipulation, exercises and guidance made a difference with each session. Honestly, we've been given referrals to other PT companies because they are "in-system". We give them a try but after 2 or 3 sessions of big-medicine, impersonal factory treatment, where we leave the office hurting as much as when we went in, we're back at Aspire for their personal, knowledgable and professional care. Simply the best.“

“I have been a member at South Pas fitness since April and have thoroughly enjoyed training here! The gym itself has a real community feel. It is a good size, clean, rarely crowded, and has loads of different equipment and machines. The monthly membership price includes unlimited classes, which is a great deal. Furthermore, their PT staff is top notch. I started training with trainer Amber Meisner 3x a week and couldn't be happier with the results. First and foremost, Amber is an incredible and motivating trainer who knows how to encourage her clients while also keeping them accountable. Our weekly sessions are a highlight of my week. She's been instrumental in helping me improve my form which has made a huge difference in my workouts. Her attention to detail and cues help me to correct bad habits and build strength. Since starting with Amber I have felt more confident in my body and motivated to push my limits and get stronger!
