“Emily helped sell my house. When we met the first time, she came very prepared, had done a lot of research on the property, and had comparables and permit history before I had officially hired her. The house was not in great condition so she told me that she would buy it off of me so she could flip it. She gave me estimates for selling it to an investor vs fixing it up and selling to a non-investor; I decided to do the latter. She gave me advice on what to fix up and where to not waste money. She was local to the property area, so she helped check on the property and oversee my contractors when I wasn't available. Throughout the process from preparing the property and listing the property to closing the sale, she gave me updates and coordinated with me to ensure the property was ready. Sometimes I felt she maybe over explained stuff, but I think she wanted me to feel assured that she wasn't hiding anything or leaving me in the dark because she knew that it was my first time selling a property. Two things could have gone better. One was that she explained all the details of an offer the same day that I had to respond. Some of the details were standard things that she could have explained earlier, so that we could focus on the specifics of the offer on the day we had to respond. The second thing was that there was a large buyer credit which both agents took commission on rather than on the net sale price, although she does have a slightly lower commission than other agents. In the end I got a great sale price for the property. After the property was sold, she continued to advocate for me when the buyer, now owner, had issues with the property. Overall, I'm happy with her services, and it went a lot better than I expected.“

“I moved to San Rafael Mobile Home Park April 2014. As I settled in, and after the initial efforts to upgrade my home, I would randomly stop at open houses for further decorating ideas and to meet the agent representing the seller. “From start to finish Rebekah turned a sad time for our family into a wonderful experience that put everyone in our family in a better, financial situation.I first reached out to Rebekah in October of 22' for a market analysis for my grandmother's home. She recently passed and we had to open probate.I wanted to get a feel for what her house would go for in the crazy market.
