“We had the pleasure of working with David and Cristal when selling our home last fall. We had purchased a new house out of state and wanted to sell our townhouse in Tustin. We met with a few realtors, but decided to hire the Drakes because they are a full service agency with a lot of experience. They had fixed up and sold the home of a family friend in the past, so we knew their work. They suggested a few things like painting and new carpets before we put it on the market. David took care of hiring and overseeing the contractors who did an amazing job. They did all of the work after we had moved out and were living in another state. “From start to finish Rebekah turned a sad time for our family into a wonderful experience that put everyone in our family in a better, financial situation.I first reached out to Rebekah in October of 22' for a market analysis for my grandmother's home. She recently passed and we had to open probate.I wanted to get a feel for what her house would go for in the crazy market. After sending us the most thorough breakdown I have ever seen I knew there was no one else we should work with. Unfortunately for us the probate process in Los Angeles County is a nightmare and we weren't able to actually list the house for sale until February 24th. If you know anything about real estate you know October 2022 was the start of interest rate hikes by the fed and price drops across the country for home sales.
