Carol, Ju, and her team at Century 21 Astro are fantastic! There are a number of very good real estate agents in the Cerritos area so it was not easy to pick the best one for us. After interviewing our top 3 choices, and reflecting on it for several days, we decided to use Carol Rayburn and her team.We knew our house was a premium property and when we told other agents what we wanted to sell it for, they all tried to convince us it was too high and to lower the listed price.But not Carol! Mona Pita is a very good realtor. Over the past year, she has kept in touch with me. I remember seeing her passing out flyers in my neighborhood about a year ago. She is very dedicated and hardworking, which I really respect about her as a person. I see her doing Open House almost very weekend. Although I was not selling or buying a house when I first met her, she kept in touch with me throughout the year and checked in on me. She also emailed me listings and prices of places.
