Jen and Geoff Tackney did a stellar job throughout the process of selling our parents’ home. They educated us about and then walked us through all the necessary steps involved in the home sale and were super helpful with all the critical timing and schedule details, particularly related to the contingency, offer, and counter-offer process. They also gave us great suggestions about what to repair in the home and gave us excellent recommendations for home inspectors, special item appraisers, and termite inspectors. The Tackney’s have been kind enough to donate to Pacifica’s dance team. They have never tried to solicit their services to us in exchange. (Although I would not hesitate to use them if the need arose.) They have given from the kindness of their hearts. This donation is VERY much appreciated by our team but largely goes unnoticed by most. I just wanted to share that aside from being great realtors, they support the community.

Geoffe is the perfect person for this gig. He has self respect, quick and smart. Selling your home is a big deal and while I’m bouncing off the walls he’s calm just smiling back at me.I met him before I was even considering selling, my office was down the walk from his and he would come out introduce himself and we would shoot the ________ . I couldn’t or wouldn’t have anyone else sell my home.Now get out there, I want $200,000 above list price LOL!
