My father passed away and I was suddenly in charge of emptying his house, fixing it up for sale, and selling it. I was floundering a bit with the responsibility until Noelle got on the scene. Noelle Longmeyer with KW was excellent in the sale of my home and concurrent home purchase. I was a bit worried with the contingency offer to the house wanted. Noelle assured me she could get my house sold within a couple of weeks. Sure enough, not only were we able to sell my house but it was a good bit over asking. You would not believe how much over if I told you. As such, we were able to purchase the next home.
