“Definitely come here if you have guinea pigs! I had exams/check up for my pigs and also boar cleanings. Dr. Cheung was so friendly and informative, and I really appreciate all her help and care! It has been hard for me to find a vet that not only sees small pets but also is truly knowledgable about guinea pigs- I am so thankful to have found Dr. Cheung! “My dog was spayed there last November, and Dr. Kane was very helpful and communicative. I was concerned because my dog had been vomiting a couple of days prior to the surgery. About a year ago I had moved up to the Portland area, but recently I received a call about one of the feral/stray cats we used to TNR and care for in the neighborhood. He had been hit by a car, and his body was being held at the San Jose Animal Shelter.The thought of this poor animal's final resting place being a landfill was too much to bear. “I have had nothing but positive experiences here at the Summit Vet. My initial experience here occurred during the pandemic when I had a very sick dog. At the time I was still driving all the way up to my old vet in Los Altos. After a long drive and negative experience there, I became determined to find a vet who could help my dog. That’s when I called Summit Veterinary. The receptionist worked with me to have my dog seen that very afternoon. When I got there Dr. Parvizi explained to me what was going on with my dog and we did some further testing due to her advanced age. “Thank God for this place. My cat Baloo was having chronic ear infections. My regular vet kept giving her the same medicine. Which would work but then her ear infection would come back every time. Using google I found this place. They were cheaper than my regular vet in San leandro, and had so much more knowledge about ears. They found a polyp on her ear drum and now I finally know what's wrong with my cat and how to fix it. Definitely worth the trip to Cupertino. They even washed her ears better than my vet. She has been happier and playing more since her visit, even still having the polyp. This place has the knowledge and equipment to properly diagnose ear problems. Wish I would have found them earlier.“
“At first, I was skeptical about Story Road Animal Hospital given its location. The front door has a metal gate that's constantly locked. However, after the door opens into the front room, I am impressed with how it is day and night from the inside to outside. The customer service was phenomenal. The moment I stepped in, the vet assistants were very helpful to explain the steps they will take to spay my fur baby. I am happy that they did a clean incision that my girl healed as if there was no surgery. The vet personally called me at the end of spay to give me the good news of a successful operation. The surgery required a deposit but I think that was a good thing they do to ensure only serious patients. Thank you Story Road Animal Hospital for providing services for people in budget.“

“5 stars isn't enough to describe how well Dr. Natt and the entire team at Serra Veterinary took care of our cat Henry. It was our first time there and they took Henry in right away and examined him. The entire team was so kind, patient, and made us feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Natt is thorough and caring. He did a full work-up and was able to nurture Henry back to good health. The staff is wonderful as well. They were always willing to help answer any questions we had and cared for Henry as if he was their own. We will definitely be bringing Henry back for all future check-ups and visits. Highly recommend Dr. Natt and his team at Serra Veterinary for all pets. “This a great place to bring your pets. My dog is a little extra and I feel like he gets treated with VIP status. The vet techs, Vet Dr, and front desk staff always get down and great my dog. I’m always told upfront the diagnostic and treatment recommendations. They’re aware that treatments can be costly but inform me if that can wait for a future visit. When we got pet insurance, my pet insurance was giving us a hard time saying they hadn’t received the care notes, I called Kirkwood and spoke with front desk staff and they provide me with exact details when items were sent to my pet insurance. Spoke to my insurance and they sure got their act together. Thank you for treating my dog with VIP status.“
“Update 12.14.23. still five star service. I arrived pretty much on time for my appointment and was seen within a few minutes. I was a little bit embarrassed because I hadn't been able to take them in for a while, but the vet and the staff were very friendly and just gave them their regular shots and checkups. Had a nice chat about my cats and the vets own pet lives too, and it was quite nice. One of my cats is really hard to handle, but they got most of the exam done without any issues, and I was satisfied to hear my cats were still in good health ?. I forgot to ask them a question about my cat's teeth before leaving, but I will probably send them an email, as they seemed open to communication after the exam. Definitely will be coming back again, and still biased because I still live right down the street.This reviews a bit biased just because of how close I live. Literally walking distance to this vet, and my cats are indoor/outdoor and take walks with me.Because of covid, a lot of businesses have been struggling so I guess I was lucky to get an appointment to here. Was able to schedule an appointment about a week out, and was seen promptly when I arrived.Doctor saw my cat for a regular checkup, and hopefully these guys will be my regular vet from now on!(Pic is of my cat that was seen, not the business)“

“We have been taking our 4 dogs to Arroyo Pet Clinic for over 8 years. You can imagine how many times we have been to their office over those years with 4 dogs. Dr. Michele and her staff have been nothing short of fabulous.: always courteous, always conscientious. They have always asked for authorization and always have been willing to give me estimates of cost ahead of time. There has never been a "surprise" on my bill. Dr. Michele has always been willing to take the time to explain everything to us beforehand and we always get a call after a major visit to see how our pet is doing. During the pandemic it has been a little harder to get an appointment but that is not unique to Arroyo. We have called around at times and EVERYONE is very busy. Never got a late fee because I care about other peoples' time so I've never been late to pick up my pet. Early maybe, but never late. COVID has caused people to go off the deep end when they are slightly inconvenienced. Keep that in mind when reading the one star reviews. I would say don't hesitate to bring your pet to Dr. Michele. Keep the following in mind when writing a review.“
“They did surgery on our male shiba inu to remove bladder stones. They took great care of our dog and us. He has healed up well - no infections or complications. This was pricey - $ 4,000 - but worth it Bottom line - they saved his life and my wife is happy.“
