“I, personally, had a very weird experience with Dr Prabhdeep this week. He seemed very good and very attentive to my dog, but was absolutely rude and disrespectful to me. Starting with snapping at me for coming closer to my dog when he seemed to be in distress and then continuing with fully disregarding and ignoring anything I’d say. Maybe he was having a bad day, but never had I never had a vet make me cry. I’m already there concerned with my dog’s help and to have an audacity to be rude and disrespectful - not okay in my book. So just be aware. If this happens again - I’ll be changing hospitals.“

“we brought our senior dog in for an injury a few weeks ago. we felt that the vet was honest and not pushy. the receptionists were very friendly. it did take about 8 days to get an appointment but it was also near the holidays so not super surprising. overall a pleasant experience.“
