I, personally, had a very weird experience with Dr Prabhdeep this week. He seemed very good and very attentive to my dog, but was absolutely rude and disrespectful to me. Starting with snapping at me for coming closer to my dog when he seemed to be in distress and then continuing with fully disregarding and ignoring anything I’d say. Maybe he was having a bad day, but never had I never had a vet make me cry. I’m already there concerned with my dog’s help and to have an audacity to be rude and disrespectful - not okay in my book. So just be aware. If this happens again - I’ll be changing hospitals.

Request form on website for a routine check-up appointment (for existing patients) wasn't acknowledged.Finally called to make the appointment and had an uncomfortable interaction with a woman at the front desk who wasn't communicating clearly about times and scheduling requirements and kept losing her patience and raising her voice when I asked for basic clarification or asked about alternatives.The conversation to schedule with the woman at the front desk was so weirdly hostile and uncomfortable I decided to take our pets elsewhere and called back to cancel the appointment. Peterson had his annual exam and vaccines here. Very good experience during the visit. However, it was difficult for me to get this appointment. No one answered the phone call for a few days. (I dialed the phone number listed on Google Map and on their front door.)
