we brought our senior dog in for an injury a few weeks ago. we felt that the vet was honest and not pushy. the receptionists were very friendly. it did take about 8 days to get an appointment but it was also near the holidays so not super surprising. overall a pleasant experience.
The vets and front office staff are amazing beyond expectation. We selected them because they are close to us, but we can now not imagine bringing our pets for expert, compassionate care anywhere else.We have one big dog and two healthy cats!
The best vet clinic I've ever been to. Before I was a patient, I called them with concerns about my pet, and they were extremely helpful and kind. When I went for an appointment, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and they were right on time. The vet that I met, Dr. Laurens (Lawrence?), asked lots of questions and really seemed to want to get to the bottom of my pet's issue. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, she was very careful and gentle with my pet. The pricing was not bad as well. This was the least stressed my anxiety-prone pet has ever been at a clinic. I was so happy with my visit and so was my pet. :)
