My husky Jedi was an out of control puppy. 1 month with RFRD, he had all the training to make him one hell of a dog!Also took my mom's dog Obi there. “We have been taking our 4 dogs to Arroyo Pet Clinic for over 8 years. You can imagine how many times we have been to their office over those years with 4 dogs. Dr. Michele and her staff have been nothing short of fabulous.: always courteous, always conscientious. They have always asked for authorization and always have been willing to give me estimates of cost ahead of time. There has never been a "surprise" on my bill. Dr. Michele has always been willing to take the time to explain everything to us beforehand and we always get a call after a major visit to see how our pet is doing. During the pandemic it has been a little harder to get an appointment but that is not unique to Arroyo. We have called around at times and EVERYONE is very busy. Never got a late fee because I care about other peoples' time so I've never been late to pick up my pet. Early maybe, but never late. COVID has caused people to go off the deep end when they are slightly inconvenienced. Keep that in mind when reading the one star reviews. I would say don't hesitate to bring your pet to Dr. Michele. Keep the following in mind when writing a review.“
“Town and Country is a wonderful school for dogs. Our Old English pup loves this place! We've graduated from Beginner, Intermediate, Intermediate Plus and Tricks classes. All the instructors are amazing, and they focus on positive dog training. Classes are relatively small so the instructors can focus on your dog. There are several classes going on at the same time so it can get somewhat noisy, but frankly the distractions are a good lesson for your dog - if they can do what you ask in a room full of distractions they will be better trained to handle real-world distractions outside of class. Unlike other dog training places that teach only obedience, this club offers an intro to dog sports (rally, agility). We can't wait to try Rally-FrEe. The Tricks classes are a blast - have you ever seen a 65 pound fur-ball sheepie jump through his Mom's arms? Yep, our boy can do that (Thanks Diana!). Seriously, this place is awesome. We'll be back for more classes, and recommend this to anyone looking for a positive training school with top-notch instructors who really focus on building the bond between you and your pooch.“
“Amazing!!! Took my manteca because he had some obedience challenges and let me tell you! They created a strong foundation for him. We did yhe board and train and i will be the first to admit i was hesitant but Shy was super nice. Answered every question i had. Manteca is doing so much better in listening and followings commands. “Took the pups here at 16 weeks the schedule and location is convenient and worked well with our daily life. The training tips and techniques were helpful and Erica was patient and kind. We have used this service prior with our Rottweiler and he was the star of the show. Yorkies are a little more stubborn but oh so cute. Definitely recommend every dog needs school.“

“Dr. Michelle and staff were amazing. We took my daughter's hamster here last month for a check up. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. They made my daughter (she's 12) feel very comfortable, because she was a little nervous about taking Hammy to a vet. They are affordable and we didn't have to wait months for an appt, like the other places I called.“
“We just had our standard poodle cut by Teyerra and she did an outstanding job. We are pretty picky with how we like our dog groomed and she followed our requests spot on. Honestly, this is probably one of the better hair cuts he has ever had (and we have tried a lot of places.). The icing on the cake is that our dog seemed very happy when we picked him up. We will DEFINITELY be coming back when it's time for his next trim!“
“I took my leopard gecko here after having no luck finding other available vets nearby. It was the best choice I made for my pet. The staff at DeAnza Vet Clinic were amazing and extremely supportive. The veterinarian was especially great. I felt a great sense of comfort and trust because of their excellent expertise and empathy. They made sure I understood what services my pet would receive and what the aftercare would look like for us at home. DeAnza staff helped me all the way through my gecko's unfortunate death. They supported me through the euthanization process, as well as the cremation process. I can't thank this clinic enough. They were truly kind, genuine, and sincere. I will be taking my other pets to this clinic too!“
“I have been going to Central Animal Hospital for years. I have always been very happy with them. Most of the time I like to go to Dr Hedden. But I have gone to other vets now and then. This time my dog had multiple issues. The tests and x-rays were done right away and I was called with all the results by midday on Monday. Then can up with a treatment plan. The only reason they got a 4 was that we had to wait 7 days to get an appointment. Although this is a very common problem right now.Mark“

“We’ve been taking our mini Aussie here for about two years after trying multiple kennels. It’s a bit far from home but so worth it! The prices are great, it’s clean, and the staff is so friendly. We do short weekend stays and extended stays (7+ nights) and our dog always comes back happy! We’ve never had an issue and it eases our mind that there’s a vet on sight if needed.
