I have been going to Central Animal Hospital for years. I have always been very happy with them. Most of the time I like to go to Dr Hedden. But I have gone to other vets now and then. This time my dog had multiple issues. The tests and x-rays were done right away and I was called with all the results by midday on Monday. Then can up with a treatment plan. The only reason they got a 4 was that we had to wait 7 days to get an appointment. Although this is a very common problem right now.Mark

Working though a new online scheduling system, the technician was able to give us a same day appointment and get the vaccine/allergy shots I desperately needed to stop scratching hot spots and biting my paws. Thank you so much.

Of course, it matters on which veterinarian you select, but ours was great, and the staff that we interacted with were great as well — friendly and helpful. Dr. Hedden was ours, and she was willing to discuss various aspects of our little girl's condition, and a number of things that we could do to improve her chances, and what were the possible outcomes of her treatment.
