“At first, I was skeptical about Story Road Animal Hospital given its location. The front door has a metal gate that's constantly locked. However, after the door opens into the front room, I am impressed with how it is day and night from the inside to outside. The customer service was phenomenal. The moment I stepped in, the vet assistants were very helpful to explain the steps they will take to spay my fur baby. I am happy that they did a clean incision that my girl healed as if there was no surgery. The vet personally called me at the end of spay to give me the good news of a successful operation. The surgery required a deposit but I think that was a good thing they do to ensure only serious patients. Thank you Story Road Animal Hospital for providing services for people in budget.“
“This a great place to bring your pets. My dog is a little extra and I feel like he gets treated with VIP status. The vet techs, Vet Dr, and front desk staff always get down and great my dog. I’m always told upfront the diagnostic and treatment recommendations. They’re aware that treatments can be costly but inform me if that can wait for a future visit. When we got pet insurance, my pet insurance was giving us a hard time saying they hadn’t received the care notes, I called Kirkwood and spoke with front desk staff and they provide me with exact details when items were sent to my pet insurance. Spoke to my insurance and they sure got their act together. Thank you for treating my dog with VIP status.“

“I have been going to Central Animal Hospital for years. I have always been very happy with them. Most of the time I like to go to Dr Hedden. But I have gone to other vets now and then. This time my dog had multiple issues. The tests and x-rays were done right away and I was called with all the results by midday on Monday. Then can up with a treatment plan. The only reason they got a 4 was that we had to wait 7 days to get an appointment. Although this is a very common problem right now.Mark“

“Definitely come here if you have guinea pigs! I had exams/check up for my pigs and also boar cleanings. Dr. Cheung was so friendly and informative, and I really appreciate all her help and care! It has been hard for me to find a vet that not only sees small pets but also is truly knowledgable about guinea pigs- I am so thankful to have found Dr. Cheung!
