This a great place to bring your pets. My dog is a little extra and I feel like he gets treated with VIP status. The vet techs, Vet Dr, and front desk staff always get down and great my dog. I’m always told upfront the diagnostic and treatment recommendations. They’re aware that treatments can be costly but inform me if that can wait for a future visit. When we got pet insurance, my pet insurance was giving us a hard time saying they hadn’t received the care notes, I called Kirkwood and spoke with front desk staff and they provide me with exact details when items were sent to my pet insurance. I went in last week for my dogs appointment and their new Dr. Kasuya was very helpful and thorough throughout the exam. I’m glad my friend recommended this place. Also a big shout out to Erica the office manager for having such excellent customer service

Kirkwood Animal Hospital has been taking of my pets my whole life. They treat every animal as if it was their own and have the upmost compassion for each family that walks through their doors. You feel confident that are recommending treatment that they would do for their own animals and not just trying to make an extra dollar.
