“Dr. Lawrence was very kind to me and my senior cat, Coco. Coco had declined rapidly in the last few weeks, not eating and then not drinking water. Dr. Lawrence gave me bad news that Coco was suffering from terminal kidney disease. There was no hope. I used a mobile Vet to euthanize her at home.“
“They always give us quotes and make sure we understand everything before doing any procedures.Dr Zibaee and Dr Bhakri have always taken great care of our Siberian husky through multiple surgeries and 6 months of recovery. To this day, Shasta loves going back for checkups and they all greet her with great enthusiasm. This place will always have 5 stars for the way they helped us through a very difficult time in my pup's life!... And now they have a fresh paint job! Love to see all Shasta's old friends at ELC!“

“We have been taking our 4 dogs to Arroyo Pet Clinic for over 8 years. You can imagine how many times we have been to their office over those years with 4 dogs. Dr. Michele and her staff have been nothing short of fabulous.: always courteous, always conscientious. They have always asked for authorization and always have been willing to give me estimates of cost ahead of time. There has never been a "surprise" on my bill. Dr. Michele has always been willing to take the time to explain everything to us beforehand and we always get a call after a major visit to see how our pet is doing. During the pandemic it has been a little harder to get an appointment but that is not unique to Arroyo. We have called around at times and EVERYONE is very busy. Never got a late fee because I care about other peoples' time so I've never been late to pick up my pet. Early maybe, but never late. COVID has caused people to go off the deep end when they are slightly inconvenienced. Keep that in mind when reading the one star reviews. I would say don't hesitate to bring your pet to Dr. Michele. Keep the following in mind when writing a review.“

“Dr. Michelle and staff were amazing. We took my daughter's hamster here last month for a check up. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. They made my daughter (she's 12) feel very comfortable, because she was a little nervous about taking Hammy to a vet. They are affordable and we didn't have to wait months for an appt, like the other places I called.“
“I took my leopard gecko here after having no luck finding other available vets nearby. It was the best choice I made for my pet. The staff at DeAnza Vet Clinic were amazing and extremely supportive. The veterinarian was especially great. I felt a great sense of comfort and trust because of their excellent expertise and empathy. They made sure I understood what services my pet would receive and what the aftercare would look like for us at home. DeAnza staff helped me all the way through my gecko's unfortunate death. They supported me through the euthanization process, as well as the cremation process. I can't thank this clinic enough. They were truly kind, genuine, and sincere. I will be taking my other pets to this clinic too!“

“This is located in the Bridgepointe Shopping Center so there is plenty of parking, I always do an online curbside pick up at this location. They 90% of the time have the kibble and treats that I get for my dog which is great since I experience stock issues at other Petco locations. I call and park out front and the staff brings my order out and places it in my trunk. I also love that they provide a discount online with this option. I would recommend this location.“
“Excellent experience. Front office staff of excellent. Plentiful, efficient, kind, empathetic. Both doctors and the surgeon were extremely experienced, calm and good listeners. I have zero complaints. They are an independent hospital and prices were reasonable for a complicated case.“
“Big Shout out to Nathan and Michelle. Placed an order online so I don't have to deal with the holiday traffic with everyone out shopping and what not. I got home an realized the food was expired which I did not know. Walked in and Michelle was glad to help me. I walked over and I couldn't find the same size bag I had purchased online. I must of bought the last one. Nathan was called over due to the line of customers growing and he made the transaction for a different bag a alot smoother than I expected. I know it's the holidays and I try not to be a pain but both of these employees handled the situation with a smile and made sure everyone was happy at the end.“

“I've been taking my baby girl HeartLyn for grooming here since I got her in May of 2019. It was called by another name before being brought by these new owners at We Love Dogs! Day Care. I was so please before and still now. They have a mobile grooming van that came to us when I was unable to bring her in. It's a little more, but well worth it. She loves her groomer Montana, and that's important me. All the staff have been so sweet to her and me when I have gone in or called. We'll keep using the Mobile Van. As it's so convent and Montana is the groomer. My baby is a 9 pound little cute terrier mix. She is also my Service Dog.“
