“These guys are the real deal. I never knew that plumbing involved so much math and calculations. I had another plumber install tankless water heaters in three apartments and they all broke down in six months. It turns out you need someone who can calculate gas requirements, flow rates, etc. It takes tons of math and calculations and tables.
