These guys are the real deal. I never knew that plumbing involved so much math and calculations. I had another plumber install tankless water heaters in three apartments and they all broke down in six months. It turns out you need someone who can calculate gas requirements, flow rates, etc. It takes tons of math and calculations and tables. They actually recommended that I install regular old tank water heaters, otherwise I'd have to dig up concrete to put in bigger gas lines. If you have a simple job, you might not need these guys, but if it is at all complex, call these guys. It's the same with car repair, anyone can change the oil, but it takes an expert to fine tune...read full review

Jerry is ethical & quite competent in his work. I am always confident he has gotten to the root of the problem and not just doing short term fixes that temporarily ease a situation.
