“We had 19 pipes burst during the big freeze last year. We patched those areas but knew we were in danger of hairline fractures opening up with changing temps etc. We shopped around for a re-pipe from copper to pex, and for someone to do it right. At the same time we wanted to replace our two 50 gallon water heaters with a single tankless system. We consistently heard from potential companies a) that we should only re-pipe the attic not the walls (because the walls were difficult, but we had had breaks on exterior walls) and b) a single tankless wouldn't work in our home that is just shy of 3500 square feet and one story (lots of long runs of pipe). Cody Huffman and Tier One came in here and heard our concerns and knew we wanted the job done once and done right. They researched the tankless heaters and designed a recirculation system for us. They completed the entire job, full re-pipe including in walls, and a tankless system for less than the estimates of others. We could not be more pleased. Hot water, all the time, throughout the house. And we are sleeping much better feeling protected from weather and age related breaks. We HIGHLY recommend Cody and his team at Tier One! Look no further than these guys!“

“I hired superior 1 plumbing to do a repipe of a triplex for me last year in 2021. They did an excellent job. They have crews that install new pipes and a crew that patches the holes in walls. Definitely the best value out on the market. It's been a year and I've had no issues. I met with several plumbers and they definitely have the best pricing and quality work. I just met with Alberto today and hired superior 1 for another repipe job. If you're looking for excellent work and value hire superior 1. At first I was hesitant because of reviews on rudeness but people are soft these days and get offended easily. In my experience they were respectful. The cost included permits. City inspector came out to look at work and signed it off with our any issues.“
