Rafael and his team are the kindest and most professional of all of the plumbers I have encountered during my many years as a homeowner. Rafael will go above & beyond to assist with any plumbing issue you might have. Shout out to Bianca, Jolene, Gustavo, Kenny, Jorge and all of the others at R&R who are a reflection of Rafael, the Owner. In business, if the Owner treats his employees well, a customer can tell right away because the employees seem happy and eager to do their job. I highly recommend R&R and I do not give out 5 star reviews easily. I'm a home owner at West Ocean Towers in downtown Long Beach and wanted to give a shout out to this company and especially Jessica and Santiago. They did a lot of work in my unit and were willing to help me every step of the way. Make sure you ask for Santiago for service or Jessica every time you call. They know how to treat their clients very well and give them fair and reasonable pricing
R&R plumbing helped with replacing a faulty shower cartridge in our master bathroom. Oscar from R&R was super professional, showed up right on time, got the job done quickly, and took the time to afterwards to explain everything he had done. The price they quoted up front was also what they charged (no unexpected up-charges), which is much appreciated. I'll definitely be calling R&R again if I need additional plumbing help!
