“When it rains, it pours! First my shower valves had to be replaced, then a few days later both toilets in my house backed up. HQP came to my house SO FAST and both times completed the job beyond my expectations. They were friendly, quick, and even got along with our small dogs. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue you may have. I even got a new shower head out of it and now my shower feels like brand new.“
“I called around 4:00 PM to have my stopped-up tub worked on (we never used this tub since I bought the house 10 years ago, so we didn't know it was stopped-up). I was told that the plumber would be here in the morning. Next thing I know, I get a call from Sean and he said he could come over now. When he arrived, this project became an issue. Sean snaked the tub drain and the overflow drain, and the clog got worse. Now it wasn't draining at all. Nothing made sense since his snake was going through with no issues. We were thinking the pipe was very old and broke with mud clogging it. Sean asked if he could cut off the clean out cap that was behind the tub so he could snake the cleanout. We didn't think it would matter but we gave it a shot and Bingo Bango! He hit the clog with the snake and the drain is working well! That saved me from having them dig under the house to get at the pipes. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Sean!“

Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!! When we arranged the job it was easy, and Marc and his guys showed up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, kept everything super clean, took pictures to show me what was going on, and continued to keep me looped in so I understood everything.
