“My 16 year old water heater died during Labor Day weekend. No hot water for 3 days. Left message with Lowes, and Home Depot - no return messages or calls. On Tuesday, after Labor Day, called the Home Depot again, and someone came out, but too much differences between the estimate over the phone, and the quote. (Not to mention that they didn't get a chance to check the photos sent via email). Then, through wife friend's recommendation, talked to Smart Plumbers & Rooters. Federico showed up at 3 pm as promised. Quoted reasonable price with clear explanation as to what and why. We approved the work, and he started on replacement of the heaters asap. It was a very hot day. The plumber worked non-stop until he was complete, replacing and bringing the water heater and the attached pipes up to city code. He completed the job a bit earlier than estimated time. This is what is expected from a good business.

The plumber being friendly, and cleaning the area was beyond my expectations. He provided the right information, clear information on permits, and when the inspector might show up, and asked to call them back if inspector is not happy with his work.

We now have a working heater, and my children who had to take cold shower for last three days are happy. Thanks, Federico and Smart Plumbers. I will call you again for any plumbing works in the future for sure.“

“This is the second time Sean of Vivid Plumbing has provided service for us. This time he tore out an old single sink vanity, installed this new double sink vanity, and everything is perfect. The last time he came out to replace a defective toilet. He is dedicated to getting the job absolutely right. When we opened the crate for our new vanity, Sean inspected it very clearly to make sure it was in 100% perfect condition. I can't recommend him enough.“

“Fantastic experience every time EJ plumbing visits. Today, Christian installed a multi-stage under sink filter system. When I noticed the original installer (from another company) set the filter faucet askew, Christian took the extra time to uninstall everything and re-center the spigot. He also helped me adjust the gas connector hose to our kitchen range/oven so it would no longer be in the way of fitting flush with our counters. (Keeping the required air gap in back of course.) I’ve been bothered about that oven sticking out too far for years. Great Service! ?“
