I contacted Dave for a water heater pilot light that wouldn't stay on. Dave first tried to solve the issue over the phone. After explaining to Dave I tried fixing it. Dave explained the best option at this point for a 13 year old water heater was to replace it instead of replacing parts. I really appreciate Dave trying to help. You don't see this type of service these days. Spoke with Dave in the morning and by the afternoon, had new water heater installed. Installed an American made water heater as Dave recommended. Great company to work with. I called around a few places and I chose this company to replace my 10 yr old water heater. The old one was rusting and had water in the drip pan. David the owner talked to me over the phone and provided a quote. He came few days later after the new year and replaced it a new better quality water heater from American Water Heater. He was very prompt and efficient with his time. Highly recommended.
