Let me start by saying Carrie and Darryl did an amazing re-pipe job and if I could give Nelson Plumbing 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Our house is an older home built in the late 50's that had galvanized water pipes and we were looking for a plumbing company that could give us an honest and thorough evaluation on what to expect with re-piping our entire house. After Carrie came out to look over the job and her explaining the process in detail, gave us total confidence and comfort in hiring Nelson Plumbing to do our job. I had removed my water softener and needed some minor repiping in that area and replacement of the main pressure regulator. Also, one of the shower faucets needed a new cartridge. First off, Carrie was really prompt in her responses. She came in the next day and did a wonderful job. The old shower cartridge needed to by cut out and she was very patient with it. Unfortunately the first pressure regulator was defective. But she came in the very next day and replaced it. All in all, a fabulous experience and a job well done.

We were looking for a plumber to do a repipe. I looked on Yelp and I found Nelson plumbing. I read all of Carrie's reviews and liked what I read . I liked the fact that a lot of the reviews were for repipe, not just changing a faucet. Carrie came out and we had a lot of questions for her and she had answers for everything. A couple of days later I had more questions and asked if she would come back out and she did without hesitation. After that, I felt very comfortable. Carrie sent us the estimate and it was not the cheapest but she was the one I felt the most comfortable with. The start date came and her and her dad showed up for work on time.
