First of all, let me start by saying that I had never heard of this company before yesterday morning. Luis came here, He diagnosed the problem and he was prepared with all the tools needed for the job . He was very nice, very professional, and VERY thorough. Now my new bathroom faucets were great and I would highly recommend this company to go with for any and all your plumbing needs. Thank you Luis & thank you Smart Plumbers & Rooters ;)
Joel is a plumbing machine. He had the problem diagnosed in about five minutes, took about 20 minutes for a roundtrip to Home Depot for parts, and had the repairs completed and tested about 20 minutes after that. He is very knowledgeable about toilets, a fast worker, friendly, and left everything cleaner than he found it. Cost was very reasonable. I now have Smart Plumbing on Speed Dial.
We had a water leak in the Spa area and there is no shutoff valve for this area. Called smart plumbers and they came on the same day and shut down the main valve for whole community and fixed the issue in spite of waiting almost for an hour for water to drain. Charged a reasonable price compare to the quotes received from other major plumbers. They kept informed about the arrival time and payments were paid over phone.
